1. Introduction

At Miss Potato Head, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality jacket potatoes. This policy explains when you can request a refund or replacement. By ordering from us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Refunds Are Only Offered If:

  • The jacket potato is damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to eat upon delivery/pickup.

  • You received the wrong item or order.

3. Reporting a Problem

If there’s an issue with your order:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the problem.

  3. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a full refund or a replacement item.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
